accommodation sleeps up to nine people.
Sandy Point Beach House is situated at the small coastal resort
of Sandy Point. The township offers an outstanding patrolled
surf beach and excellent fishing and windsurfing in nearby
Shallow Inlet.
Within easy walking distance is a magnificent ocean beach
with good surf and safe swimming.
Around the corner is the Sandy Point General Store, the licensed
Waratah Beach Surf Life Saving Club and the Sandy Point Internet
Cafe.

Beach House boasts a brand new kitchen complete with a dishwasher,
large fridge freezer, microwave and electric range.
You will find a large selection of pots and pans, crockery,
class ware and cutlery.

lounge room has beautiful leather lounges, colour television
with VCR, a CD player and radio.
Sandy Point Beach House also has the added comfort of a cosy
wood fire and a large reverse cycle air-conditioner |

The three bedrooms
offer:
Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a double and single
bed while bedroom three has two single beds that can be rolled
together and a set of bunks, sleeping up to nine people.
Pillows, covered doons and spare blankets are supplied.
The queen and double bed also have electric blankets.

Beach House is perfect for a large group of people, having 2
bathrooms and two toilets. The main bathroom has a full size
bath with shower over and vanity. The second bathroom has a
hip bath with shower over, a toilet and vanity. Plus there is
a separate toilet.
There is also a large hotwater service and full automatic
washing machine. |

will find a large decked area with outdoor furniture and gas
BBQ. There is plenty of parking,
the flat straight driveway parks 3 cars easily, there is also
room for a boat. |

Half deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival.
Cancellations earlier than two weeks prior to arrival - Full refund less
10% cancellation fee of the total. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival
will be refunded only if we are able to refill all the period booked, 10%
fee of the total then applies. No refunds for early departure or
non-arrivals.
